House Surveys
Clients often ask us to carry out an initial appraisal of a house by way of reviewing their new home. We can offer a standard low cost / high quality Report as endorsed by the RICS (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in the following levels :
- Valuation – for Probate, Capital Gains Tax or CTT (Inheritance Tax) purposes
- A Condition Survey (often known as a ‘Level 1’) which simply states the current Condition of the Property
- A Homebuyers Report (often known as a ‘Level 2’) to give a view on not only the property but also the general background of the property
- A Building Survey (often known as a ‘Level 3’) which typically used for; Properties from before 1900, Listed, complex or unusual properties. This level can also be used on a property with significant defects or opportunities
